Cast Aluminium Downpipes
Alutec’s Cast socketed range of aluminium downpipes (Tudor & Traditional brands), offer a low maintenance replacement for cast iron systems on listed, heritage or period style new build properties. Manufactured from marine grade aluminium, the range includes round, square and rectangular profiles, which are 65 per cent lighter than cast iron systems, making it easier and safer to handle on site.
Marley Alutec use marine grade aluminium throughout their gutters and downpipe range , which is highly corrosion resistant, it will should never rust nor need repainting. Combined with a life expectancy of 50 years or more.
The Alutec Tudor / traditional range of downpipes are extremely cost effective when compared to cast iron installations, which need high levels of maintenance.
